Favorite Things

Just a couple of Paige's favorite things right now. She loves to walk around without any clothes on, and will change her outfit 3-4 times a day. She loves to be wearing her princess night gowns any time of the day. She is very picky about her clothes and throws a fit when I don't let her wear what she wants.....another opinionated child when it comes to clothes. Loves to have her shoes on, and loves to "GO". She likes to ride in the car and if we are somewhere and she is ready to go she for sure lets us know. She also loves this doll and has been carrying around everywhere the last couple of days. And she loves to read books, especially princess, or Elmo books.

We love our Paige!

This past week

Started off good and we had kind of a rough end. Highlights are:

A healthy baby boy

The end of soccer, its just too dang hot!!!

Four of my most favorite people

Fun running through the sprinklers!

Kylie got sick early Wednesday morning so the whole family didn't get to go, so Tanner and I were able to see the baby, and everything looks great.....and yes it's still a boy! Then I ended up getting the bug....I think that moms shouldn't be allowed to sick. It was a rough day and a half. Hopefully this next week will be better and everyone else will stay healthy.

Hot

I don't know if it is just me or if it has been hot...... I mean why are we over 100 already? I guess that is part of living in AZ, but we couldn't do without these. It's amazing how many we go through in a summer.

But we really like to be here...nothing beats friends and spending time at the pool!

Secret Mom

This morning at breakfast we were talking about making cards for our grandma's for Mothers Day. Tanner then preceded to tell me that he has a "secret mom".
T: I have a secret mom who has a Nike shirt, and blue pants on.
Me: really?
T: Yes she has long hair and blue eyes
Me: start to get a little teary eyed
T: She has a big nose and big feet!

Okay at this point I lose the tears and start laughing! Leave it to a 5 year old!!

Three Piggy Opera

Tanner performed in the Three Piggy Opera for preschool. He was so excited about it, and would practice the songs every night at dinner. He did so well at the performance it was so fun to watch. I couldn't figure out why the video cam wasn't working so all I got were pictures. But hopefully we can get a copy, I was told that he was singing the loudest. Guess that could be good or bad? I am just glad that he did such a great job, and he looked pretty cute!

Today when I went to pick him up from preschool, he had this cool space man costume on. I loved it so we had to take a picture. Unfortunately it ripped a little but at least we can see what it was supposed to look like. He has loved preschool and has learned so much. I can't believe that I will have a kindergartner this coming fall.
