Sisters Night Out

Kim planned a night out for us sisters. We didn't plan to color coordinate it just happened that way. It was a much needed time to laugh, eat, share funny stories, be without the kids, and eat good food.

It was fun to be all together hopefully it won't be too long before we can do it again!

Tanner's last soccer game

I know this was a long time ago but just wanted to put a few pictures of Tanner in his last soccer game. He did very well this season and is getting more aggressive. He really enjoyed playing and loved scoring goals. The last game was against the other Vistancia team and quite a few kids from his kindergarten class.

It was a really good game the score ended up being 2-1 and the cobra's pulled off the victory. Tanner was so excited and proud that he scored 1 of the goals.

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July weekend. We started bright and early and went and saw the hot air balloons. Unfortunately we chose the wrong morning and it was too windy. It was still fun the kids were able to see a few balloons inflate so it made the morning fun. Then we headed to Molly's and had a great breakfast I even was privileged enough to get a glass of orange juice dumped on my lap thanks to Cameron. We got home and then I tried to get the kids to nap with Jason since he had spent the morning golfing. I ran a few more errands and got some things ready for Kylie's 3rd birthday celebration with my family. It was fun and chaotic as always and I can officially say she is all birthday ed out!

We went to Stadium of Fire with all my side of the family. Jason had never been and figured it was about time. Plus Carrie Underwood being there was a good persuasion. We had a really good time, it was a perfect night with family, and a great way to celebrate how blessed we are to live in America.

We all especially enjoyed the fireworks, even Paige after she realized that they weren't going to come and fall on her and burn her. We left Cameron at home with a sitter it was more enjoyable for all of us.

Then on Monday I ran with Lori, and Marissa (Lori's sister in law) in the Freedom run 5k. I have always wanted to run in a 5k but haven't ever got the guts to do it. But I am happy with the results and most likely will do another one. Maybe I will even get the guts to run a 10k?

We headed to the parade without Cameron or my party pooper husband. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They loved seeing the soldiers, the princesses, and seeing the mustang overheat. They were also lucky enough to get to pet a llama. Afterwards we got to have the Startup side lunch. It was fun to relax and see all my cousins and Grandma.

I love the 4th of July and have so many fond memories. I hope that my kids can create some great memories as well!

Love watching my boys and girls have fun with cousins.
Love being around family

Love this boy and love that he is playing in green soft grass!

A couple of days after his injury.

Right after Jason sprained his ankle. (If he would have been changing the oil like I asked him to he never would have hurt himself!) He did it right in time to move.

Kylie and Tanner at swim lessons racing. They did so well!

My two cute boys!

busy

We had a very busy last 2 weeks. As I was trying to get ready to move I wanted to let Kylie have a birthday party with her friends. The next night we were given an open house and visited with so many good friends. Thanks Becky for making us do that, we had so much fun! Then we decided to bring the kids to Utah and let my sisters and mom watch them so I could pack, clean, and drive the truck a little easier. So Saturday we left after Kylie's dance recital dress rehearsal.

We left and then got stuck behind an accident on I-17. So after sitting in the hot sun for about a half hour we turned around and went on some dirt roads so we could get back on the freeway and get on our way. We made it and the kids did really well especially Cameron.

Sunday was Father's Day and we spent it with my family. We had a yummy dinner and the kids were in heaven playing with their cousins. Jason and I flew back to Arizona and for the 1st time in over 9 months I slept without waking up until 7:00 am. I packed everything else upstairs and called it a day. Tuesday I started the downstairs and we were able to meet some friends for dinner. We ate a yummy dinner of fajitas, and then some ice cream for dessert. Wednesday I decided I never want to move again, I was tired of packing, moving and being in a constant mess! I finished up the kitchen and Jason and I got the garage and study all done. Thursday I started cleaning and getting all the last minute stuff packed. We met some other friends for lunch and then headed home to prepare for the help with packing the truck. I was so nervous because I wanted everything to fit in 1 truck as I didn't want to have to drive a truck by myself. We had such awesome help and after much puzzle work we were able to fit everything important in the truck. We only had a few items left behind and were able to find a good home for all of it.

Friday morning we got up and I started cleaning. Got most of the upstairs done when my friend Cherilyn came over and helped me vacuum. And then I had a couple others come over and help me do the little things that take some time. It was so generous of them and I was able to get everything done with plenty of time left over. Thank you Carrie and Cherice! We did our walk through and said goodbye!

We had many great looks from other people as we headed to Page. We were traveling in style especially our civic. We took our time and made it there around 8:30. Got some dinner then headed to our campsite. I told J that we could camp, so I made reservations and we got to our site which was by a busy road with a bright light shining on us. Needless to say that night we didn't get our best sleep. We both laughed as our air mattress deflated in the middle of the night and we had rocks sticking in our backs. We woke up at the crack of dawn and tried to go back to sleep so we decided to get up and just go.

We made it safely and got our storage unit got the truck unloaded and got to see our kids. It was a good ending to a crazy week.
