4 months old

Little CT is now 4 months....well he has been since the 17th but was waiting for his official stats until his Dr apt. He is officially 18 lbs, and 27 1/4 long.

He really is a great baby he is almost rolling over, he likes to put his hands in his mouth and wants to grab onto everything. Which probably is the reason he has had croup twice in the last couple of weeks, as well as a runny nose and cough. He has discovered his tongue and loves sticking it out. He loves watching and playing with his siblings and laughs at them. He adores his brother and sisters and loves having them play with him. He loves playing peek a boo especially when getting dressed or undressed. And loves loves loves his bath still. Loves talking and making noises I am sure he will be loud just like all his siblings has to be heard right!? He is really liking the blue tiger the kids got him when he was born. He puts it over his face and will eat it, and loves to have it at naptime. It's pretty cute to see him with it. The pediatrician was amazed at him holding it and not letting it go at his appointment. He really is funny with it.

We moved him into his big boy crib as he had outgrown the small one and is sleeping much better now that he doesn't bump his head on the side with all his wiggling. TJ is in heaven now since they are now sharing a room. We'll see how he loves sharing a room when he is older but for now he is loving it.

Happy Birthday!

Just wanted to wish J a happy birthday! We love you so much and I am grateful for all you do for us. I love that you are a big kid and do so many fun things with the kids, all your help I really couldn't do it without you! You are always inspiring me to reach my goals and I am glad even though at the time don't act like I appreciate it.

Hope you had a great day, and don't worry you aren't that old!

Happy Birthday Dad

Just wanted to wish my dad a very happy birthday! Love you and hope you had a great day!!

What we do when it rains

Not that it happens often here in Phoenix,

We had planned to spend some time at the park Monday but the weather didn't allow us to do that. So instead of having sad kids we had a picnic inside. The kids had fun and I think that it saved the day.
At least until the I heard the toilet flush and heard oh-oh and the sound of water hitting the tile.

Christmas

We had such a great time this Christmas. We were so spoiled by my parents and by Santa, and Lori and Ryan, and I was spoiled by my sweet husband. We enjoyed all the time that was spent and made some great memories.

We got to do a lot of the things that we wanted to do and some that we didn't want (being sick). But we loved the snow, got to play a lot of games, and found out that my Grandma S. knew how to play Rook, and we had lots of fun New Years Eve. We tasted 5 Guys Burgers...super yummy loved it, and enjoyed Chinese Food on Christmas Eve. I loved every minute of the cold and snow I wish we could have had more snow but was grateful for the moments of snow that we got.
I should have taken a picture of us shoved in our van on the trip home....we literally didn't have any room for anything else. I have never seen such a good packing job to be able to get almost all of our treasures home. It made for an uncomfortable ride but we got our goods home after a 2 week vacation.
